Hi friends!
August? A portal. September? Letās just say sheās got a new walk, better lighting, tighter pores, and absolutely no time for anything that doesnāt make her feel like that girl.
š¤ If you're new here, welcome to Chronically Chic. Around here, weāre glam and exhausted. We heal in heels. We cry in couture. We cure our health issues with steam facials, light bulbs, and goal trackers. Stick around, it's about to get delicious.
š SEPTEMBER ENERGY CHECK-IN
We are not āgetting back into routine.ā Weāre rewriting the routine entirely. You donāt need to be more disciplined, more productive, or more organized... You need to be clearer. Clear on what youāre not doing this month. Clear on whatās not worth your time, your energy, your outfit, or your gut health.
Whatās your Fall theme? Hit reply and tell me. I want to feature a few of yours in the next issue.

ā QUICK TIP: The 3-Minute Reset That Works
Feeling bloated, distracted, cranky, or like you want to throw your entire to-do list in the trash? Grab a glass of orange juice with a pinch of salt and collagen powder stirred in. Then lie down on the floor with your feet up the wall and breathe through your nose for 3 minutes. No scrolling. No guilt. Thatās it. Youāll feel human again. Youāre welcome.
āļø FROM MY NOTES APP: BUSINESS, BLOAT & BURNOUT
Random things I wrote down that might help you, too:
āWhat if itās not that Iām lazy, itās just that Iāve been spending too much energy performing health instead of actually healing?ā
āMarketing = letting people know you exist, every day, even when you donāt feel like it.ā
āFeeling good isnāt a reward, itās a requirement.ā
Iām realizing a lot of us (me included) keep waiting for the perfect routine to fix our lives, when what we actually need is less noise, fewer choices, and more daily reminders that weāre doing enough. Even if our to-do list is half-finished.
If something Iāve shared lately has helped you reframe how you take care of yourself or run your brand, Iād love to hear it. Donāt gatekeep it, reply and tell me your biggest aha moment of August.
PRODUCT REVIEW: Zbiotics Sugar-to-Fiber
What is it? A first-of-its-kind prebiotic drink that turns sugar into a fermentable fiber inside your body.
How is it different? Unlike every other āgut healthā gimmick, Zbiotics isnāt pretending to be a kombucha. Itās lab-designed to feed your good gut bacteria using the sugar youāre already eating.
What I loved:
Didnāt taste like anything, so I could mix it with juice or water.
Didnāt cause bloat or stomach weirdness like every other prebiotic.
Legit made me feel better when I drank it with sweets (birthday cake included).
What I didnāt love:
Itās $45 for a 30-day supply, which feels⦠aspirational.
I had to remember to take it before eating. (Harder than it sounds.)
Final verdict? Worth it, especially if sugar wrecks your digestion, but youāre not giving up dessert.

š§¼ WHAT IāM OBSESSED WITH THIS MONTH:
Sleepy Girl Faux-tini (Pomegranate + Magnesium Edition)
My current favorite evening ritual:
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ can of Recess Magnesium & Adaptogen Sparkling Water (Pomegranate Hibiscus or Raspberry Lemon recommended)
1 scoop grass-fed collagen
A small pinch of pink salt
Pour it into a wine glass. Stir with a straw. Add ice. Let it fix you. This is what Barbie drinks when her nervous system is fried, but she still has emails to send.
Apple Cider Vinegar Scalp Rinse
Once a week, I pour 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar mixed with warm filtered water over my scalp post-shampoo. Let it sit 1ā2 minutes, then rinse. It softens my hair, calms my scalp, and leaves it feeling balanced without weighing it down. Bonus: I havenāt had buildup or flakiness since I started.
